ug. headaches and. again no advice. in 2007: March 1: transferred fom FOD

so basically. what happens during whiplash is the person’s head goes boing. like a spring. or a slinky i guess. yeah i. don’t remember that but maybe that’s good. i have headaches. every day. since tues. when i wake up i either wake up w/, a headache or within a few mins. of waking up. have one. usually they’re not too bad it’s just constant.
holy fuk. did i feel this bad when i got my concussion? yes. yes i did.
so apparently. it’s going to take a month to recover. from. whiplash. great.
i’m irritable. no well i’m usually pretty short-fused. but this is just ‘for no apparent reason’ irritable. and. it seems like. i’m having trouble being compassionate. which usually doesn’t happen.
i had more broken sleep then usual yesterday. or was that yesterday? er i mean tues. sorry. wow.
yeah i think. what happened was. i somehow landed on my back but i think............put my left hand up and my head turned to the left. so i wouldn’t hit my brain stem. and my fist..........connected w/ my left temple. cause that’s mainly where. the. ug. nauseau is. apparently. that’s one of the worst places to hit. fuk. yeah cause i was looking to the left. and again. i passed out before, i went down. er fell.
it hasn’t even been 2 wks. have i mentioned the pain? yeah. yeah i have. it’s hard to sit when you know. there, is bruised. like god i’m so tiny. i’m 5‘4 and i don’t weigh much. if i weren’t small maybe. idinno.
i have pain at the base of my skull which. is normal. and near my cervical column. left side oh that makes sense.
i’m just. a wreck. basically.
