chores and errands in keeping it postive

For about five months I've had pain and restriction in range of motion in my left arm and shoulder. I spoke with the regular doctor who wanted to send me for an MRI.

I finally gave up and went to the chiropractor - he said it's "frozen shoulder", and if I'd come sooner, it'd be easier for him to work on. He worked for quite a bit today - and it feels noticeably looser.

His office is near UNO'S pizza restaurant. I am not down there regularly, so HAD to stop in. I got one of the thin crust pizzas with tons of veggies. I have to have root beer with pizza (but won't if I return as a glass of soda filled with ice is almost $3!!). I have 1/2 a pizza for the next meal as it was too much food for one sitting.

The next stop was the post office. I had a package to mail out and a letter - I needed to be sure I had enough postage. Of course there were new stamps I just HAD to have - Jimi Hendrix (!) and two different butterfly stamps (both for 2 oz. first class letters).

Then the wait for the bus. Glad it finally came as it was getting rather chilly on that corner...
