Sigh in Bittersweet

House inspection was today. Turns out it needs a new hvac. There is the shoe we were waiting on. So now we have to get the seller to fix that before we can go forward. There is some water damage/leaking form being put in improperly. But other then that, its nice and a go. Fingers crossed.
