PuPPY! (No pics, sorry) in Book Seven: Reconstruction 2020

Shout out to my dog who gets annoyed if we’re in the basement together and we aren’t running or playing. I’m staying up late to get some extra work done and while she desperately wants me to go upstairs to get in bed and go to sleep so she can curl up next to me? She’s making do. I’m on the couch and she refuses to get on the couch (lest she fall asleep and miss my departure) so instead she is curled around my feet. I can’t leave without waking her; and she is still physically connected to me to know that I’m here while she sleeps. For a dog that hates cuddles and would rather spend every moment of her day running around like a maniac… when she wants to be close, she’s adorable af!
