Good news. My state is easing restrictions. PA has done it a bit weird (they divided it into regions and if they have x cases or less or something weird they shift from red to yellow then to green phases, and hoo boy there are counties still in the red, and they aren’t happy to the point where the governor (Rightfully so) scolded them and treated them like whining brats, I was taking a depression nap so i didnt hear it but I guess it was epic.

So My county Butler county is going to yellow on friday, and the other county in this scenario (Mercer) already are in yellow.

I can go play board games soon right up in mercer county.

Well.. i’m still taking precautions and stuff. I am waiting to see trends to see if cases have gone down in the region, after two weeks, (looking at the 26th) That being said, this county hasn’t been hit too hard, its fairly rural and TBH people took the shutdown order fairly well (Even the goofy libertarian owner of said comic book store didnt try to reopen, he went in daily and shipped out a lot of stuff to people, he did business right TBH) So i’m in a holding pattern there. But when i can go, I’m probably still gonna take a mask and honestly probably won’t eat out or if i do just eat take out.

Around here, i think i can start socializing with friends, maybe starting next week, or on friday, they have been quarantined as well. But thats about it, i aint going to any restaurants being packed like the idiots did at red lobster, not doing any of that kind of stuff, just going to grove city and to my friends house.

And you bet your bottom dollar i’m gonna sanitize my hands and arms after every game played and every interaction, then when i get home, plus wash hands in concert. scrub the doorhandles etc.

My county was kind of hit (about 200 cases, same thing this is a fairly rural area, and i’m thinking the cases are in the southern half of the county cause of the proximity to pittsburgh)

So My plan on getting out of here to play games should be here at the end of the month.

That being said.... i am also in the camp of this is gonna hit again in the fall/winter and i hope by then there is a better grasp on the situation, and ill just do like ive done for the past month and a half, sit in here with my kitties and my solo games, I have no problem sitting at home, but I do miss board gaming. (edit: What will really make me sad is if the NFL gets cancelled, thats my happy place, and i could go on a whole rant about sports and people who think its irrelevant)

Good plan I hope, i just honestly wanted to write it out for my own fruition.

Edit again: So.. my local cable provider provided Game show network for free during this craziness, me and my mom liked it and i double checked the package it came on, it was five bucks.. but I had to do a double take.. NFL red zone.. I always thought that channel was like an extra 30 bucks thats why I never got it.. but lo and behold:
