Hungry in Weight Loss Surgery

So im following a buncha ppl who all wanna get the surgery like me. They are all in various stages.

So eventually when they qualify for surgery they all gotta so a liquid diet. Sometimes just a clear liquid diet. Some for a few days, some for a week. And you know what they all say?

IM HUNGRY.

you know what I do when I’m hungry?
I eat. Over and over again.

If I can’t control myself now, waaay before surgery, how am I gonna do it when I’m a week at from surgery?

Like , what kinda magically force is gonna kick in that I can’t tap into right now.

I gotta let myself be hungry.

And we all know I’m not REALLY that hungry. I guess I’m just booored or anxious , etc.

And we all know im not gonna die from hunger. No matter what my body says.

But starving just leads to binging.
But i won’t have that option before surgery.
If i give in to binging they’ll make me reschedule

I gotta be hard on me. Cause they will be.
