E = mc2 says that everything is one energy that expresses itself in millions of ways. Mistics came to that same conclusion but call that energy God. If that energy is real so then God must be real? That’s too much for my brain to process today. Beliefs are just conclusions we make about things we do not know. Atheism is also just another belief because they do not know. Knowledge is even more conclusions we make about things we do not know. We do not know one single atom in its entirety. All we know is how to use everything. Occultists use energy, it’s technology. It’s not inherently good or bad it’s just there. Mistics say that our bodies and mind are built to use this energy. I think that I want to explore this some more. Yes, kundalini and chakras and all that fun stuff lol.
[Warning: This part is going to be a little TMI.}
Speaking of chakras, I was not aware that I was using tantra techniques to have my NEMOs, non-ejaculatory multiple orgasms. I had massaged my perineum the other day and since then my orgasms travel down to my calves and a bit into my lungs. In case we don’t know, I’m able to have a continuous orgasm. I’m trying to get to a full-body one. I was surprised that I was able to have been able to get “that energy” to travel down to my calves. The roof of my mouth is also starting to experience it a bit. Even though these are getting stronger and more intense I know that it can be bigger and better. I just need to… I don’t know what. Unlock my charkas? Chakras aside, my body needs a deep tissue massage or I need to see a chiropractor or something. I’m not in a lot of pain or anything I am just stiff. I started to do various stretches and do my own deep tissue massages which are helping. I’m trying to work on my flexibility. My hip flexors are rubbish, my hamstrings are garbage and my ankles are shit and I can keep going about how awful it is but it’s probably better than most so I’ll shut up. It’s my skeleton that I should be working on, not the muscles according to a TedTalk I saw about posture and gymnastics and all this other stuff I can barely understand before my first cup of coffee.
I did finally finish Sadghuru’s Audiobook called Inner Engineering. I’ll return to it again to take notes one day. I’m eager to start Yogananda’s Autobiography of a Yogi. I watched a YouTube original documentary about this man’s influence in western culture and wow! Anyways, it’s leg day and then I need to adult this evening and take care of things that I don’t want to do. Ta!
