Who Will Remember in Poetry

I have a migraine of thoughts
Stuck in my head
Voices appear
As if I’m dead
What I spoke
Was never heard
What I wrote
Created worlds woven together
Lost in time
And now the spirals
Are coming together
In another picture
I touched her hair
And we kissed in the moonlight
This moment was ours
Laced in acid
As our bodies melt
In the canvas together
Hoping it will last forever
We live
For here and now
The past has nothing to tell
And the future has a voice
Without ears to listen
Teach us your lies
To spread to each generation
We don’t have a clue
Truth lies in the graves
Then they erase
Our names
We live for death
And hope
Someone might remember
Our last breath
