More flufferdoos in Tales from a Rabbit Breeder

I figure seeing i dont share photos of my kids, i can at least share more photos of my fluffs.

Harmony got grass time! WE HAVE GRASS!

Her house is an oatmeal box. Thats how small she is haha.

And a couple baby photos. I did loose one tonight. Mom injured it and my husband had to cull. It was a terminal injury and letting it suffer was just wrong.

The dogs are under them in this photo, they are very interested.

I make the joke that they look like little penis’s with ears....

So mom injured a baby after i was checking on them for the fourth time today. She jumped on them and her nail punctured their side. Its intestines had come out of the hole. If it had not pulled the intestine out it may have recovered but likely not. The humane thing was to cull it. My husband did it for me because i was already crying. It happened because i was in there too much. So ive covered her hurt entirely with a fitted sheet. So she cant see out and we cant see in. If i had a camera i could watch them. But i dont. So ill do my best to only open it to feed and water mom. Which is hard because im hands on. I may shelf the babies. Im hoping she feeds them. As of this afternoon they had no been fed. :( Fingers crossed. I knew she was a risk. But its hard you get attached to tiny popcorns SO fast. And then you loose some....
So hope this girl becomes a better mama and feeds her babies.
