That’s just my justification for not being driven crazy. Thing is, I would never go crazy. I think the only time, I had cabin fever was after I had my son. I HAD to get out of the house. These days, I don’t think I ever I have to leave the house. lol

I feel bad for restaurants and other service workers right now. I’ve also come to the conclusion that there is no way to avoid a gathering. The way I dodge people when I go to the grocery store is so funny. You can’t help that. A lot of the restaurants are doing take out or curbside service only. Some are only using debit cards. I only have cash right now. I get paid tomorrow though, for what it’s worth. I really want to go to the salad bar at the grocery store right now, but I am not effing with the salad bar at the grocery store right now. LOL I trust God, not people. No sense in tempting fate, you know. lol I was talking about crowds and gatherings. So, even if you are picking up, if you have a lot of people calling, everyone’s order won’t be ready right away. So you will run into people gathering and waiting for their order. Curbside service offers traffic problems. It’s becoming…something else. If I had the money I would patronize every last establishment if it would help. Ooh…Let me see if Steve’s Hot Dogs is open this afternoon! Since they reopened, they had only opened at 4p…aaaand today is 4p day. Never mind. Guess I have to find another drive through. I brought lunch yesterday.

I went to the grocery store and most of the stuff I bought was for son and grandkiddo since I let him stay home today instead of going to daycare. And I went to the other other cheap store that I don’t like because some of their prices are rather high too.

Anyway…

I just called my mother to check on her. I read a tweet last night and this guy was talking about how his father was gravely ill. He had been in the hospital, then he was released back to the nursing facility. However, the facility is on lock down as well, so no visitors. My mother and other residents have been confined to their rooms. My mother’s roommate is, for lack of a better term, an invalid. She is in bed all day and she can’t talk, she sleeps or just stares at whatever when she is awake. Not sure about her brain function though. My mom talks to her and people come in and read to her. Anyway, all of this was to say, the guy is just sick about not being able to be with his father. I understand. So I’ve been speaking to my mother as much as I can. I need to call my dad. His birthday is next week. I have a card to send to him. I don’t know if we are having church at all on Sunday.

I reconnected with a high school friend, which was probably a bad idea. These rainy days, my horrible sleeping pattern, and the sexual desire I have right now is not a good combination. This high school friend, we never kissed, we never had sex, but we were hot for each other. Wait…DID we use to kiss??? We use to be in these…situations and we’d come out hot and unbelievably bothered. We threatened to have sex, but we never did. LOL What is wrong with me?? Anyway, we reconnected on Facebook for a while, but he and his wife shared a page and I wasn’t in a holy frame of mind at the time. Come to find out, he had a page of his own where he was…not quite so married. I quietly deleted them from my list. He noticed at some point and requested friendship. I added back, only to quietly delete again. My life at the time, didn’t quite meld with his Christian ways. That other side would have, but I was staying away from that.

BREAKING NEWS: Son just told me daughter dropped off Bubby Jr to babysit while she went on an interview. Came back to my house for an hour, made phone calls. Bubby Jr. Destroyed the box my Dr. Ian Malcolm was in. The wedding cake topper? She took Bubby Sr with her, plus his day 2 and 3 packet work. I’m not going to see those anymore. And I guess working on i-Ready is out of the question as well…

Before I get angry and complain…My boss is buying me lunch on the company dime today. And I’m not greedy. I could have been, but no.

That’s all I got.
Take care of each other.
Love, Peace and Light to you all.

Kindest regards,
Sister
