I hope she made it to Canada
I don't think she made it there
but I hope she did
and I hope she's happy

I hope she got that white picket fence
I don't think she got it
but I hope she did
and I hope she's happy

I hope she got herself with a provider
I don't think that she did
but I hope that she did
and I hope she's happy

she wanted to get herself a rebel without a cause
I don't think that she did
but I hope that she didn't
because those guys are all assholes
