Third times a charm, right? in A new start

We had a third showing today. It felt different prepping for it. The couple looked at three different houses, ours being the first. They liked our yard and are mulling over which to choose. Ours is cheapest but needs some stuff done. Like we wont be painting the outside. We will finish the flooring and the trim and paint the inside. One of the other houses is listed at 115,000. For a house in a manufactured home park that is crazy. But I guess in other places that might be the going rate. The other is smaller and still ten grand more than mine. So fingers crossed, but not truly getting my hopes up.

My husband, who has been unhappy with his job for a while, put in for a different position at work. This is the third time (I believe) he has tried for it. It will only be 3 days a week but 12 hr shifts. Probably some overtime possible. So where the cut in hours will suck it might be ok. It frees him up to get his ged and maybe a part time job if he wants. The pay should be higher, if not immediately shortly there after. That will make him happier. Suck for our weekends but we will figure it out.

Pretty much come to the conclusion my dog is pregnant, though not huge. She will probably only have one. Which is fine. At least then I know she can have babies. This was the third try total, twice with this stud though. It would be funny if she had three. She’s been acting funny today so it might be soon. I mean the due date is Friday/Saturday so tonight would be fine.

Way too many threes right now! Wait that is three things. Haha I’ll change that. The place we plan to buy is technically the third place we (I) looked at. I think is the third time we have talked about us buying it also. So yeah.
