Maybe I Was Promoted To Green Belt Too Early in Dreams And Nightmares

Friday morning the H.R. lady called me. She wasn’t there the day before and wanted me to come in and fill my paperwork out. I told her I’d be in an hour before the shift and she assured me i didn’t have to work. I mentioned it was my birthday so she said come in Monday.

When I finally got up enough to move I hurt all over. I got used to sitting on my ads and being lazy. An almost twelve hours on my feet brought out familiar aches and pains. Back, knee and shoulder. Mom treated me out to a steak dinner and Peacock came by that night. The back and shoulder started feeling better but my knee got worse. Much worse.

It is now pretty swollen and I can barely walk on it. Great! Tendonitis. It hurts so bad! I’m going to have to see the doctor tomorrow for a steroid shot and more than likely a note for the night’s shift. If I can’t stand/walk working is out of the question.

This fucking sucks. Not even a full week and now I feel like I’m screwing up.
