the defenses you build up against
all of your perceived threats are
the only thing fueling them at all
the only thing making them real
let go
unclench
even if you need to build
a whole new you to do it
release your flinch and the
floating fist will disappear
let go
when you break the cycle
the cycle ends forever
let go
