The Woes of Getting Sick in Healthy Bites

Well, on Saturday, I was sick as a dog. Sick as a dog.
I rested on Saturday and went ahead and relaxed on Sunday.
Looking back on how much I exercise last week....I exercised on:
Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Not on Thursday Friday
Although, the designated days were Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, I still got in five days of physical activity by making adjustments. I still say that's pretty damn good considering I've been out of the exercise game for a minute.
I am trying to decide if I should exercise today, or I should get exercise tomorrow. I don't know if I should have set days of the week...maybe I should just say that I will exercise four times a week...and it doesn't matter what days I do it...as long as it gets done. And I should do what I have to do or what I feel like I am capable of doing until I get into a solid routine.
I had plans on doing a walk at lunch today, but it is raining and cold outside. I am waiting for Spring to get here. As much as I am cold weather girl, this flip flop of weather is playing on my mind big time. You don't know what you are going to get on a daily basis here. One minute, we are having gorgeous weather in the high sixties and low seventies...and the next minute, we are having weather that is high thirties. I mean I am freezing in my office right now because it is so cold...and it is raining outside!
It is just a dreary day.
The dogs and I did a twenty minute walk this morning in the rain. I may take them out again tonight and count that as my exercise.
