So all of the fiber im sharing is all natural colors. Nothing wild yet. I will eventually buy more white wool to dye and card too :) But im kinda broke for now. This wool was all gifted to me.

This is sheeps wool. Showing the staple ( length of the wool ) and the crimp.

So this IS from the grey wool above. Yes the color is correct. I fed grey in first, then cream then brown. When you do that, it ends up kinda striping like this. Layered.

This is the other side. The grey side.

I did feed this one back through the carder a second time. This is the result. The colors are more blended. I also threw some fawn colored alpaca in there. Just a TINY TINY bit. For a pop of color!

There are some neps in there. Short cuts that need to be picked out as i spin. They look like little balls.
Here is the other side of the bat.

So this one may be fun! This is the ENTIRE blanket of an alpaca. Do you remember the fawn brown one with my boy. This is her fleece. The whole thing is shaved. The blanket is the best wool, from their backs. Its put in one bag. The neck leg and belly fleece is put in other bags. Its not as soft but its often great for dryer balls or more!

This is the wool after its been carded. This has NOT been washed. JUST carded!!
