Good Things I did for me

WOrked out with angie

50 min cardio mix with stairmaster and rower

Despite going way over on calories at lunch and movies I still ate a sensible dinner and snack rather then either trying to starve myself the rest of the day or giving up for the day and binge eat all evening.

Good Things I did for me today

Ran between 11 & 12 miles

Stayed in calorie range by a ton

Gratitudes. Good book to read, kitties to snuggle with, warm bed to sleep in.
