Just one more. Just one more.

I keep saying that this morning. “Just one more cuppa coffee.” “Just one more song.”

I’ll never get anything done at this rate.

However, My SI is so painful right now I’m sitting with an ice pack on it.

So, just one more minute.

Just got back from Idjit’s office. Got a burst dose of pred, and we’re going to try tizanidine for a muscle relaxer seeing that the cyclobenzeprene just doesn’t seem to work well anymore (gotta love building a feckin’ tolerance) .

Even though it was “warm” today (54), I’ve been freezing my ass off. I’m usually a furnace. So now I have my heat pack on. Until it annoys the body parts that hate heat and prefer ice. I guess I’ll switch when it comes to that point.

It’s a Billie Elish afternoon. Need some bass.
