Sad day in At the foot of the hill

We got word yesterday that Bob’s sister passed away yesterday after suffering a stroke a couple of weeks ago. She has been in poor health for several months. She died yesterday, but we lost her in 2002. It was then that we became more or less estranged from the family. Not so much this sister, but she was influenced by the older sister who never spoke to us for many years. We won’t attempt to attend any services even though our son has offered to drive us to Wyoming. The hurt is still in our hearts.
