I totally stole this from a random entry I saw on the home page, but as I was reading it I thought it'd be kind of fun to do. So here we go!

1- If you were to attend a costume party tonight, what or whom would you go as?

Poison Ivy or Black Widow...they both kick ass!

2- What are your choice of toppings on a hamburger? And do you prefer gas or charcoal grilling?

Mayo (just a little), lettuce and tomato. I prefer charcoal, but gas is much easier.

3- You are chosen to have lunch with the President. The condition is you only get to ask one question. What do you ask?

What exactly have you done since you've been in office, besides take a lot of vacations?

It's your first day of vacation, what are you doing?

Sleeping in!

5- What is your concession stand must-have at the movies?

Used to be popcorn, but lately just a bottle of water. I always feel so miserable after eating movie theater popcorn that I eventually realized it wasn't worth it.

6-Which do you dislike most: pop-up ads or spam email?

Pop-up ads! All your spam email can be deleted at once. Pop-up ads are distracting and just a regular pain in the ass.

7- What do you think Captain Hook's name was before he had a hook for a hand?

Marvin

8- Rock, paper, or scissors?

Whatever hits me at the moment. And for the record, I generally always lose.

9- How long was it from 'the first date' until the proposal of marriage? How long until the wedding?

We had our first date in early October of 2002, he proposed in February of 2003, and we got married on June 27, 2003. Yes it seems fast, but we were both in our 30s and had already been married and divorced before. We went to pre-marital classes, and we just knew that we were meant to be. My son and his daughters were crazy about each other (he calls them his sisters, they call him their brother), and I adored (and still do!) his girls, and he's the same with my son. We'll be married 11 years this June 27 :-)

10- Which is worse, being in a place that is too loud, or too quiet?

Too quiet. I don't like so much noise that you can't hear yourself talk, but if you put me in a totally quiet room, after about an hour I'd be on the verge of a nervous breakdown. I always have either the TV or my music on when I'm home alone, just for background noise.

11- What is one quality that you really appreciate in a person?

If I had to pick only one, I'd say compassion.

12- At the good old general store, what particular kind of candy would you expect to be in the big jar at the counter?

Gum balls.

13- What is the most distinguishing landmark in your city?

Excuse me while I lmao. I live in a town with less than 1,000 people in it.....there are no distinguishing landmarks.

14- Everyone hears discussions that they consider boring. What topic can put you to sleep quicker than any other?

Video games.

15- How many times did it take you to pass your drivers test.

I passed the first time.

16- If you had to have the same topping on your vanilla ice cream for the rest of your life, what topping would you choose?

Hot fudge......YUM!

17- What food item would need to be removed from the market altogether in order for you to live a healthier, longer life?

Chips.

18- You are offered an envelope that you know contains $50. You are then told that you may either keep it or exchange it for another envelope that may contain $500 or may be empty. Do you keep the first envelope, or do you take your chances with the second?

I'd go for the $500.

19- If you had to choose, which would you give up: cable TV, or DSL/cable internet?

Cable TV. Internet is a must, especially since I'm taking online classes.

20- What is your highest level of education?

I graduated from high school and then went on to get a certificate from Rasmussen Business Colleen in office administration. Now I'm enrolled at Bryan University in their online Court Reporter program.

21- How much is a gallon of gas in your city? What was the highest it's been?

Last night I saw $3.75 at one station, and $3.59 at another. I can't remember exactly what's the highest it's ever been since we've lived here, but I'm thinking it was a little for $4.

22- What kind of lunch box did you have as a kid?

I remember it was light blue, but for the life of me I can't remember what cartoon character was on it.

23- What would you rather have, a nanny, a housekeeper, a cook, or a chauffeur?

A housekeeper. I don't have kids, my husband is an awesome cook, and I prefer to drive myself where I want to go.

24- Would you rather be trapped in an elevator, or stuck in traffic?

Stuck in traffic. At least I can listen to my radio while I'm in the car.

25- Lets say a brick fell on your foot, and your kid is standing right next to you, what is your 'cleaned up' swear word?

Our kids range from 16 to almost 23 and I know they've heard it and said it too (not in front of us, though), so I'd probably let loose with a pretty loud FUCK!

Now, wasn't that just a bucket of fun?? :-)
