35 Minute Walk Workout in Healthy Bites

This morning, I woke up late.
So, I have to improvise my exercise workout. I got up at 5:10 a.m. If I went, put my workout clothes on, and got my Jillian Michaels DVD workouts, it would have been 5:20 a.m. Jillian Michael workouts, on the average, takes about thirty minutes, so it would have been 5:50 a.m. I would not have had time to drink coffee or much less anything else.
I decided to do a twenty minute brisk walk instead of skipping my work out completely.
One of the biggest points in getting back to exercise is establishing a routine. A consistent routine. So, if it means just getting in twenty or twenty five minutes of walking as a workout, I will do it.
Besides, it really woke me up this morning because I was groggy as hell.
When I went to treat myself to lunch at the T. Center, I walked to the center. It took about seven to ten minutes to walk to and from. So, in all, I walked about thirty-five or forty minutes. Plus, I took a lot of steps to get there as well (up and down).
I have not decided if I am going to take the entire day off tomorrow, or I am going to do a workout. We will see. I am pretty proud of myself so far….
