As much as i've been resisting it, i've surrendered and opened a prosebox account. I'm using my same name there and i'll continue to try and read and post here but it is soooo slow. Plus, i'm not sure if my last entry saved soooooo.

Had off today and in between trying to clean out junk, i went over to prosebox and am trying to figure it out. Sometimes it seems as if i "get it" and other times it's confusing but i'm seeing a lot of my favs there so i decided to open an account. I am thinking that i will read here, but note in prosebox because it is just easier. I will also try and do a post here and one at prosebox but who knows if my od entries will save.

Had the family over for Labor Day and we went over OBX plans as we leave two weeks from this coming Saturday. Called the rental company today and we can have a bonfire on the beach---YEAH!-----just need to get a permit from the rental company when we check in and keep it w/us. Being able to do that opens a whole other realm of foods to bring/eat so i'll e-mail everyone tonight and let them know. It's still iffy as to when my daughter and her family are coming as the weekend that we leave, it is her ex's weekend w/the girls and he is being his usual uncooperative self about switching weekends. Of course, he doesn't realize that he is only really hurting the princesses as they were excited about going down w/Jeff and me the day before and staying at Jeff's parents' place.

Jeff was supposed to play this weekend but the gig got cancelled. They were given two other dates, however, one in October and the other one the night before T-giving. We usually go to NC for T-giving and leave Wednesday night. We can still go, we'll just have to leave Thursday. Haven't told his folks yet as to if we're even coming so we should be good either way.

Well, guess that's it. Like i stated earlier, i'll still be here and check my favs until the bitter end, but i'll also be over the prosebox.
