Up and attem! in At the foot of the hill

Woke up at 4:30 a.m. Back to bed after bathroom trip. Awake. Awake. Awake.

Heard the neighbor's clock chime 5:00. Heard the neighbor's clock chime 5:30. When I heard the neighbor's clock chime 6:00 I knew it was hopeless so crawled out and started the day. Man! It was still really dark out.

Had breakfast over and Bob out the door by 7:10, dishwasher running and the bed stripped and sheets in the washer. I'll sit here at the computer for awhile longer and then shower and shampoo.

I wonder what I'll do the rest of the day.
