Lunch Break Mission: 35 Minute Walk in Healthy Bites

I hate to disappoint you, but I was very unsuccessful with getting up at 4 a.m. However, this is not one of my required days (like tomorrow is) so I am not beating myself up too badly.
I did not have a good night's sleep. The dogs woke me up, Racquel peed on the kitchen floor (She is having some serious behavioral issues). Quite frankly, the only time I got a good night's sleep was Saturday night. For the past several weeks, I haven't been really getting a good night's rest.
However, I thought that I would make up my exercise component and do something easy...so, I did an early lunch (Kind of a brunch) at 10 a.m., and then, around 11 a.m., I went on a thirty minute walk while reading my novel for my online book club.
Folks, I am serious about getting this exercise in. I want to be healthy, and I want to sleep well. I don't think I've been sleeping well because I haven't been exercising, AND I have this extra weight on me. I try to stay up later after I eat as well so I don't go to bed on a full stomach because that's not healthy.
I finished the chapter I was reading while on the walk and got back to the office on time! Hoorah for me!
