The boat is going much slower than I would like - then again, it's faster than swimming, and definitely more so than drowning. Can't lose 60 lbs in a couple of months, kwim? I am back into my vanity-size 14 pants, which means 16 wherever else you go - and that's okay.
To note: The more fruit and veggies I eat per day, the faster this weight comes off.
Still haven't had a full-blown migraine in over 5 weeks though - I have had some previews that I've been able to address with Advil and strong coffee. My shades are broken which means I'm not restricting all of my triggers.
We are experiencing a weather front, right now - and the background sense of dizziness is increased, but I believe this, too, shall pass.
Computer training at headquarters for me this afternoon. Not concerned. I've got the basics on spreadsheets - enough to get me by, but not enough that I've developed any habits that might make learning Excel a problem.
As for Word Processing programs....they're all pretty similar.

I've also been headache free for weeks minus Saturday, but that was because of a stressful morning. It's so nice not to have a pain in your head! lol Hope it stays that way for you, do you know what your triggers are? Fruit & veg are good, but not filling alone. Size 16 is still pretty good, what were you before? Excel is the bane of my existence. lol

I also eat meat and dairy. I am simply gluten free. Corn does bad things to my body and I've known this since my post induction days of Atkins, but let it slip back into my diet. The end of last year was physically rough on me. My joints were hurting, my migraine pain had increased as did the vestibular migraines. Finally, a fellow migraineur gave good reports about feeling much better after cutting glutens, and it just so happened that the day I decided to give it a go was January first.
I started at a comfortable size 18. My new uniform is a size 16.
