Day 1.1: I Still Got It in Healthy Bites

Every time I workout from a long extended period of time, I manage to complete my workout without much trouble. I wonder if I have good muscle memory or "endurance memory."

No, I didn't keep up with Jillian and the girls 100% of the time, but I would say that I kept up with them 98% of the time which was damn good actually.

I have to complete my workouts once I start. I have NEVER stopped a workout unless I HAD to which I never had to (*knock on wood that never happens--that I have to stop a workout).

Yet, I believe I had a successful workout because I eased into it MODERATELY. I want people to that I wasn't lazy when I did my workout. I would say, overall, it was moderately difficult....and there were times I used my 5lb weights for some moves while I used my 3lb weights for other moves. I like that I have a good set off of weights. For now, I own:

2lb set of weights 3 lb set of weights 5 lb set of weights 10lbs set of weights 15 lbs set of weights

I will eventually move up to 20 and 25 lbs set of weights when I get more money.

As for my lunch, I ate a small plate of pasta with a tomato sauce, several pieces of Italian sausages (I decased the sausage and chopped it up), and onions. If I am going to have any treats today, it is going to be either a starbucks iced coffee with flavor and cream or a sweetened green tea. However, that's the only sweet treat I can have today. I can't have anything for already had coffee with half and half and a tablespoon of Baileys.

Because I am starting to exercise, like I said, I can get away with having treats like these as long as it is in moderation...and as long as it is not like several a day. I am finding that moderation is good for me anyway which I've had issues finding balance for years with. When you are OCD, that is what tends to happen. You struggle with crafting balance. I have to work on it every day....it can be quite difficult, but I find writing also helps me...and examining what have done concretely as well.

Anyway, workout was pretty successful. Now, here is the real test...getting up at 4 a.m. in the morning. Now, my designate day is Tuesday that I have to work out...but I am going to try to work out tomorrow morning. Let's see if I have the right stuff, Folks!
