Im still sitting in amazement at witnessing birth instead of giving birth. It was just SO amazing to watch. Understanding what she was going through. Knowing what she was feeling, being unable to help. But photographing it. Just wow. Just wow. I cant even explain. Its just amazing.
Since then. Ive slept. Ive done a photo session, about to do another one. We had kids dr appointments. I had physical therapy and they worked my foot to force it to walk properly. To step flat instead of step on the outside and roll inwards. It hurts. Forcing it to use muscles.
To give you an idea. lay your foot flat. Now pick up your second toe. Not the big toe. JUST the second toe. Keep ALL the other toes flat on the ground. Can you do it? Its effing hard and painful! And then the muscles are so tired for a while. So yeah thats one of the tasks.
God im still tired. Im going to wrap up on vitamins and my meds and see how im feeling. I still want to take naps. Im not sure if its sleep debt or just my body.
My endocrinologist appointment was moved to monday. I finally got the ultrasound results. I dont have any nodules or cysts or anything that suggests cancer. Just confirmed a goiter. Which well, derp, you can see lol. But at least nothing that suggests cancer :) Gosh i cant wait for Monday now. I cant wait to get started on some meds that may help! Please let this doctor treat it! Otherwise i have an appointment on the 6th with ANOTHER doctor that will treat it. Either way, im going to get started on some meds to treat the freaking thyroid issue.
In the meantime, someone want to kick my butt into starting to pack?
I need to packā¦ 6 weeks to go.
