A NEW DRAGON in Postcards 4

Zoe picking a new dragon.

Granddaughter Zoe saved all year to buy a bigger dragon. The little one she bought last year was $39.99. These dragons run to almost three grand for the really big ones. In the middle bottom of this photograph is a picture of the man who makes them. They sit on your shoulder with an aircraft cable to turn the head or flap the wings on the big ones.

We had lunch with Zoe this weekend and she didn’t say a thing about her dragon. I noted that by the last day of the con, the dragon was living on Margot’s shoulder not hers.

Today I do more laundry after this writing. Tomorrow is a second try at getting their Needle Guided Cat Scanner to work. They did get one needle in me last time, and the divot got awfully red around the edges. I presume that I will be a veggie for two days again, so clean underwear is a good idea.

I’ll see you when I wake up.
