A year..... in Flash

... since I've had any soda.

Or bought junk from a vending machine. Only purchase was a bottle of water when I hadn't realized I had an empty bottle in the car I could have filled at the water fountain.

So how happy am I at this marvelous feat of self-control or what have you? Not terribly.

It does mean I only have to buy full sugar soda for the sugar soda imbibers. It means I can walk by vending machines. It should mean I'm somewhat ahead financially.

Otherwise, I'm still me. Who and whatever that is.

It's Saturday and we have new snow this first of March. Inches of it. Quite pretty in fact.

I've been to two Master Gardeners meetings in the last few days. After today's meeting I went to the library to edit and make changes in the Fair Book =- the open class listings for next July's fair. The library is freshly remodeled and is quite nice. Lots of windows to the east - all full of new snow.

I like the woman at the library. I suggested they buy a book one of the Master Gardeners has written. She took down the information graciously.

I've got to learn to be more careful at work. I'm making too many mistakes.
