If you needed any further sparks to the fire of "Trade Kesler" then a short handed goal is as good as lighter fluid. If only that gave me any passion at all to watch the rest of the snoozer.

Normally I'd expect any games after the Olympic break to be downright boring, but it's harder to appreciate hockey at all when your team has no offensive talent to speak of.

My positives for the game were that we finally had a whole bunch of our players back in the line up. That would be a far greater silver lining if they could, ya know... score.

Well a loser point is a loser point, and since we're clawing our way to 8th place in the West, I'll take what we can get, because the way we play this season that won't be much!
