and not in a good way...

At the gym today, the trainers ask me to get in the ring and spar with the kids (think 8-12 year olds). One of the trainers had a go-pro camera running.

I behave... I don't have my guard up as much as i should. Plus, my defense is shit anyways...

One kid attempts a somersault kick and connects with my chin. It's all caught on tape.

Yep... and 11 year old kid nailed me with a somersault kick on the chin and it's on tape.

I'm mostly ok with it since I was supposed to go super easy. It's just the thought of seeing it on youtube or facebook that scares me.

So far, a few people have seen it, laughed and went on their business. I'm fine with that part. Just the online part scares me.

Talk about your "no-win" situation... If I go hard, I have angry trainers and parents that want to kill me. I do what i'm supposed to, it gets caught on tape and possibly shown to the internet.
