Had a wonderful trip to Sydney and blissfully spent 4 nights and 3 days with the SIL and her family. Most of the time was spent catering to entertaining her little ones, the eldest of which who is about a little over 3 fell totally in love with me. It's a great feeling to be the object of affection for a little child. I feel sad when leaving these kids, I feel like they will forget me in a day but that is life and thats how kids memories are meant to work. I remember there were times when I used to hate having kids around me but now I find myself a lot more patient around young ones especially if they are girls and 6 or under!

Haven't had the talk with the hubby yet. Mostly because we were having such good times together that I didn't want to spoil the moment for either of us. But now that we are back to the.routines of life I know the pressures will start kicking in and this honeymoon period will end in a few days, call me pessimistic if you like but I call this conditioning of the mind from past experiences. However the trip has done one good thing, it's started.making us feel in love with each other again, ofcourse there are still unmet expectations and lack of communication on important matters but somewhere in our hearts we know we love each other. Also I've been reading a lot about attachment styles etc and thus my knowledge doesn't allow me to keep the love but I need some input from him to maintain those feelings.

Sisters pregnancy is giving her a little trouble. She is in massive pain as a result of having fibroids in her uterus. Since I've got time off from work till the end of the week I've been looking after her since I've been back. Hopefully her body adjusts soon and the pain reduces enough for her to function normally. And hopefully she has a nice and safe pregnancy.

I got super worried though upon seeing how fibroid pain can be coz I remembered a similar painful attack I had around the uterus area a couple of days ago when exercising. I remember the sharp shooting pain in my stomach suddenly and then it disappeared in about 20 mins, I disregarded the pain earlier but upon reading that fibroids can be hereditary I think I should get myself checked.

Rest all good so far :)
