John Wick 3 in Journal

Was great. Saw it twice actually.

I love Keanu Reeves, but I doubly love the roles he plays. Neo in the Matrix with all the guns and Karate of course, but John Wick is by far his best character.

Probably because, it’s choreographed realistically; the skills he displays are real, actual techniques from fire arms to Judo and driving. The dedication to those skills are also real.

So I’ve got a soft spot for Keanu; I’m not much of a driver; always been more focused on riding. But I have a long history of competing in various gun sports and studying different styles of martial arts. I also love how John Wick is just fighting for himself; that is so rare in storylines these days when media is all about military or police (government) loyalty.
