Are our perception’s being played with ….. in The odd entries from life …….

Images in the news tonight, two people in the news have their pictures on line, John Downey the alleged Hyde Park bomber in 1982 is seen walking from the right, Rebekah Brooks one time editor of News of the World is facing left.

You may wonder why I point this out, in cinema films it is usual to see the good person enter the screen from the left, and the bad person enters from the right! This works with those who speak English; and write in English. We write from left to right and it seems the good person entering the way we write is positive; where as the person entering against the way we write; from the right then the person is seen as negative!

Is this just chance, I’ve no idea, but it cough my eye, those who didn’t notice could perceive this people as good or bad, as we do when enjoying a film! Are our perception’s being played with …..
