May have forgotten to tell you... in 2014

I'm not 100% sure if I told you that Chris finally got that job at the dealership... Well he did, hes working 8-5 with an hour for lunch Monday-Friday. Benefits start in May... I honestly cannot remember if I mentioned it or not lol

I thought that may be another reason why I've been so happy lately, but who knows. We've already had a bit of a spat today.

No we aren't back together yet. I do hope it works, I'd want nothing more than to have a family setting again for the kids sake, but if we are better when we aren't together, then I'd rather that.

A lot of you mentioned that house we were looking at. We didn't end up buying it last year as we wanted her (owner) to pay off some of her taxes so we didn't get stuck with a lot to pay out. Chris decided recently that even if she does owe 3-4000$, that is still a very cheap house, considering she would sell it to us for 1$. I guess he is right. Some of you mentioned him staying there, but its not livable. Its been empty for 4 years, no water or power and its going to take 10,000$ to get it up and running again, so there's that.

Its a good investment, even if he flips it and sells it... if he spends 20,000$ flipping it, he could get 80-90,000$ for it. Boom, pays off our house, maybe our truck as well. Or he flips it and sells this house... whatever. Yes houses in my town are cheap lol... We only paid 33,000$ for ours. It was a bank repo.

Anyway, I've started another "book"... its going to be a history of me....
