A belled Kitty.

He urged me to get to the gym. Some of you agreed with him. So did I. So I drove over with him.

I grabbed a shirt, popped it over my sweatshirt, didn’t finish my coffee, and two flights down found myself getting in the car with a nightgown on. Perhaps I should have put my glasses on first. Sometimes all you can do is laugh and tuck the nightgown in.

The parking lot was virtually empty. I wasn’t awake enough to figure out the machines in the gym. Yes, there is a knob that adds extra pounds. I came clear by about the third machine. Walking left me panting. I don’t pant in the pool. I guess it’s time to walk non-competitively on the bay or beach again not right next to G. Did I say that.

The hot tub was comfortable. The pool staff was running pool water through the hot tub and back into the covered pool in hopes of keeping it above 50. I did my stretches and headed home to find my coffee still warm. I may not have had enough sense to put on my glasses, but I got my cup of coffee on a cup warmer just before I left for the gym.

How did your morning go?

  • Himself: New rules by some of his companies. He’s become the fill in man so he has to know every new rule. He gained .4. We figured it was the endless chips at Don’s memorial.
  • Herself: Gained a pound. I didn’t just eat chips, I ate M&M’s too. Went to gym and now running errands.
  • Reading: ”The Secret Service.” Another dry and fact filled history. I don’t understand how author’s can make history so very dry.
  • Balance: Errands out there in the world.
