another snow day... in General musings

So of course, because F suspects husband didn't go to work, he starts in with text messages.. Which started my day off just wonderfully. Then because I didn't answer said text messages, he called. I walked out of the room while hub called after me, "you don't have to answer it, you know." (Hah). When I reiterated that to F, he answered, "yes, you do." Tension in the air so thick you could cut it with a knife. More text messages (but at least I silenced the phone), "He's eligible for Medicare isn't he" " Are the tears flooding his keyboard yet?" etc..... So, why is the man I love batshit crazy?
