Yet today it certainly feels like it today. The sun is out and then in. The air is warm. We heard the birds singing as we woke this morning.
I have not been sleeping to well since mid week, last week.
Karl's landlord is making his life hell. Karl, was promised that the locks were changed at his new flat before he moved in but this has not happened and does not look as though it is going to happen. The last tenet did a moonlight move but has continued to return to take what he can find. The back door lock is broken and is often found open.
When it rains he has water running down his bedroom wall. Landlord says it condensation but of course it is not.
The landlord had him running back and forward to meet him to hand over keys, but would always phone to say he could not come. Till Karl ran out of his money and borrowed money. Then the landlord said if he would not meet him again he would lock his deposit away and demanded a second deposit and rent for both flats.
The landlord lives just a mile from Karl's new flat and could easily come to him.
We pay Karl's rent then Karl pays it back to use, so the landlord has a good tenants in Karl, as he helps his landlord out all the time and rent is never missed.
Karl, was finally given in after 2 years and gone on sick. This has messed up his benefits. So has the council chasing him, he has no money to lay his dd and is worrying about not paying us back fir his rent.
Karl, was also unwell at weekend while we were there and looked broken. So I guess all this is stressing me once more.
This move was suppose to be a good thing.
My stress levels has risen and this is annoying me, as my blood pressure had settled at a high but acceptable level. I do not want to go back on meds.
