21 Day Fix in Public

Total Body fix, sucked.
Upper fix, super sucked.
Lower fix, really super sucked.
Pilates fix.... the worst.

I’m realizing I have some serious limitations when it comes to ab work. I’ve been done with the workout for over an hour and now I’m really starting to feel it in my incision site. I even modified most of the moves today but I guess I’ll need to farther modify my ab work.

Either way, I feel good doing something. I am getting my heart rate up and each day I improve my cardio fitness score as per FitBit. It’s still in the poor range but I’ll get there.

Also, I hate the shake. I drink it, but I hate it. It does do a lot to curb my appetite in the morning. Yesterday, I wasn’t even hungry until about 230pm.

I found a water bottle that says “Everything hurts and I’m dying” and it’s so true.
