Listing#3 and business in Listings

It feels like today has been sooooo long. I managed to get the house DONE before 8:30! and a shower before 9! Then Sammy did get up but said that he decided to check out the apartment some other day. I quote “I never get a chance to just sleep in and I didn’t need to be anywhere till 4.” SMH Right.... so when he skipped his first class Thursday, that wasn’t sleeping in.....k..seriously he sleeps in all the time.... but I look the other way because sleeping in to me is still way too f’in early for normal folks. I’m always “trying” to sleep in. This morning I woke with Rocky’s first alarm (2:50am) and have been up since (6:10pm). We are both “on our way” to bed. He’s watching a movie, a shower, then bed. I’m blogging about my day then to bed.

Anyways..... That lady about the shades messaged me again and said she’d be at the sent address sometime between 11-11:30. I told her I’d be there at 11 and just wait but to please let me know if there are any changes. She did and stated 11:30 for sure. I thanked her and again asked her to let me know if there were any changes. At 11:45 I messaged her asking her how far out she was. She said “I’ll be there in 40 mins” ..... ..... ..... so I messaged back “Let me know when you are 10 mins out” and I went back home. It was 1:30 before she messaged that she was 13 mins away. She paid $30 though she had asked to pay 25.... I’m sure she felt bad for the time issue. She also asked if they were paper..... though I had posted that in every ad I had up.... Blackout paper shades.... are they paper.... Are you stupid? k just sayin’

I drove! It’s only a mile but I didn’t hit anything! I did have trouble with the looking both ways at stop signs but there are only 2 between here and the station not to mention quiet residential (especially during the day).

I got a message while I was waiting at about 1 from a lady asking to see the faucet. I didn’t have high hopes being as she asked to SEE it. There is nothing wrong with it just no reason for me to get all excited. She said she was about an hour out so I asked her to meet me at the gas station at 2:15. She was all for it so I made a third trip up there then. She seemed very pleased and bought it at the $50 we were asking for! So YEAH!

I tried to get the Bluetooth dongle to receive the keyboard and mouse but I seriously think they are bunked. Tried it on both mine and Rocky’s computers… checked drivers.... swapped batteries.... even watch a quick for dummies trouble shooting thing. Just not working. Probably wasted too much time on it today.

Time was not wasted today though, I hit the ground running @ 4:50. I tried really hard to go back to sleep I swear I did. Brain wouldn’t let me.

Anyways, got 2 things listed. That didn’t happen till after Rocky got home.

Honestly think we should keep #8 there.... will probably come in real handy if we keep this up.... Rocky said if it gets to that point we will buy a cheaper one. .... however our cost is like $20 on it so I’m not sure how we would find a cheaper one..... However, this really is a good test run so I can see where we want to get the money we put in back first.

Regular readers..... should I put this stuff in it’s own book? I mean do you guys want to read about what we got sprinkled in like this or on it’s own so you can avoid it?
