Just a brief complains.

My whole body feels weird as does my head.
I now know what it is and it sucks

This is that point where my body has been politely not forcing me to deal with the aggressive buildup of chronic pain, and my body is saying “We’re at maximum capacity.”
This is my body saying, “These damned cold as frick days where we’re ‘breezing through’ single digit weather? We can’t take it anymore. So either you need to do something MASSIVE to alleviate body pain… or we’re going to make you feel ALL OF IT.”

That would be very bad. With my medication and other activities to manage my pain… feeling all of it certainly won’t be as bad as it was BEFORE medication and all of that.
But I would prefer not to experience “the full brunt” of all of it. SO… I must must must must must must must must must get good sleep and a long soak in tonight. If my Wife were a Kryptonian or had super powers… I’d ask her for a massage as that would also be a big help. But… even if she were the type to give normal wife/girlfriend backrubs (she’s not) that wouldn’t be enough. I’m all Cyborg Superman stiff in my body and something a bit more… strong… would be required. Ufda. I just hope the rest of the workday flies by so I can take care of this. AND I hope what I do tonight actually does take care of it.
