herniated discs. and meds. in 2018

no i’m not currently taking meds. um no so also. apparently when i fell a little over a yr. ago i got a herniated disc which. bothers me from time to time [well yeah. considering i don’t do much about that kindof thing.]. but not. all that often.
oh so i checked the bruise on my leg/hip/thigh........place in that area and i. it’s completely gone [well i should hope so by now.].
um. right so like. last wk. i’d well some days i’d been taking the dual vit. supplement thing. uh. yeah at 7 she’d just leave it on the counter for me. it’s a chewable and apparently. the more i chew it the more naseaus i get. and i wasn’t going to go through the trouble of her. watching me get a cup fill it w/ water and once i was done consuming the. dual thingy drinking, a bit of the water. and i think i knew. that she actually needed to watch me. consume it. regardless of what form it comes in [which. is kindof stupid. and again it’s not her rule] but it was just so nice not having her do that. so on the days last wk. that i consumed it. i’d take it off the counter, bring it up to my rm., consume it and then. have a bit of a beverage. but no i was legitimately taking it. as in. consuming not as in. physically taking it although that too.
i mean. yeah maybe she shouldn’t’ve let it go on that long w/o saying anything. and ok so i. shouldn’t’ve let it go on that long w/o. not consuming it in front of her. no cause i knew. cause then i got used to that. and then i got too comfortable w/ that. and then it’s ‘oh so i can just continue going about things in this way’. which evidently isn’t...........really allowable only not ‘evidently’. that makes it sound like it’s news. but she doesn’t. hound me about things a whole lot whereas stephanie would have. i will but not. every few mins. if someone doesn’t answer a question i have then, depending on who it is i’ve asked, i won’t ask again right away. cause i don’t like that. if she had mentioned it every night i was to take them then. i probably wouldn’t’ve responded well to that. so.........one’s not. idinno better, then the other way really. ‘she’ being the lady i currently live w/. yeah i don’t usually use people’s names.
um. so i got yogurt covered raisins at the store yesterday. turns out they’re not v. good i don’t like them. oh and pb which i love. and tomatos.........pasta, pasta sauce. the usual.
