Second half of February in At the foot of the hill

  It is hard to believe that the frozen month of February is half over.   The last half, hopefully, will be warm and spring-like for all of us!
 Valentine's Day came and went without much fanfare at our house.  I had a card for Bob (Papa) at breakfast before he went off to do his tax aide gig.  He got home just in time to change clothes before we had to pick up a couple of ladies and head up the hill to our Senior Club (Fabulous 50's) monthly potluck and program.  Food was good.  Program was a barbershop quartet (7 members!?) who sang love songs to us.  
 A "Happy Valentine's Day" and an "I love you!" at light's out made my day
