I slept good last night with no nightmares. I watched a couple interesting shows on Netflix. I remember one show I watched. It was a National Geographic Special about the FBI. I thought it was really interesting . Show talked about the current challenges as well as a brief history of the agency. I really enjoyed that. I also did some reading. I am into The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown. I think I am going to enjoy this book. Well that is about it for now. Life is good.
11:18an I am not feeling all that great this morning. Most of my mornings are pretty shitty. That awful bloating feeling is back with a vengeance. I feel as though I have one constant belly ache. Nevertheless, I put my time to good use. I've been reading a new book I bought last month The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown. It is a pretty good book.
The main character in this book is Robert Langdon. He is involved with the Masons. Rather, his mentor and friend, Peter Solomon supposedly asked him to come to Washington DC and give a lecture. He flew in a private jet and was driven to the lecture hall in a private limonsone. But when he got to his destination he found out there was no lecture. Instead he gets a phone message. His friend has been kidnapped and tortured. If he wants to help his friend Langdon must go on a search to find a lost portal in Washington DC. This is a very interesting book.
I really love to read.. I don't have tv and cable so I spend my spare time reading. Book are far better than anything they have on television.
Really got to get my day started. My mornings are so shitty. I feel like crap. Today is no different . It is hell getting old.
3:20pm I hate having that bloating feeling. It feels that I have a belly ache almost all the time. Thank God it went away around noon time. Morning was hell but afternoon was a lot better. Girlfriend came up and we talked about different things and played a game of cards. I'm cooking frozen pizza for supper so I got my kitchen cleaned up and ready for it.
Yes, I am feeling a lot better. Life is good.
