Some thoughts on VD and more jokes in blackpropaganda

What would the advertisers, supermarkets, card makers and florists do between Christmas and Easter without Valentine's Day. As you might see from the last entry I am totally cynical (well nearly) - and this was increased when walking past two florists in town today and seeing all the flowers with messages stacked up to be taken out. Not bouquets any more - but those arrangements in bags of water - all much the same.

Actually I bought SW... a small bunch of unopened daffodils from Marks and Spencer last Saturday for a pound and they have come out beautifully!!! Real feeling of spring - and that's all you need - and she even said she would be happy with the card I made her last year.

Anyway, happy VD, - and I hope you get whaever you are expecting - and in the light of that some more jokes
