um. in 2018

so i just took my meds 20 mins. ago. again. the mouthwash. oh and the vit. d which i forgot to take last night and by the time I realised it it was 9 and i certainly wasn’t going to wake the lady up just for that. which. well as i’ve mentioned the mouthwash has alcohol in it as any mouthwash does. and i’ve learned never ever mix alcohol w/ pills. yes pillsss as in plural. not -a- pill although that’s probably also. not a great idea. which well i knew that before, i OD’d a little over 5.5 yrs. ago. like it’s ok. [well i mean it’s not obviously not not really.]. no what i mean is. i’m starting to become more open about that. on here. the me being open about it is ok. not again obviously what happened. Right so like i said I took the mouthwash 20 mins. ago. and then at 7. and then at um. 6. as i was out [as in. outside] from 12:40 - 5:30 so.
oh yeah so earlier. We were talking about the meds sched. and the lady’s ‘well 9, 1 and 5’. well it’s not that i’m not up at 9. more on this later in an upcoming entry. as of late. it’s just. that’s not when i’m ready to start my day. i’m ready. to start my day/get ready. at 11. so. yeah.
alcohol’s a helluva sleep aid i’ll tell ya that much.
oh right. the mouthwash works like birth control. in that. it stops reproduction. [not that i’ve ever been on birth control pills. i just know this. i took one once.].
yeah a couple times. she’s poured some of the. well. ok so she’s poured some of the mouthwash into the cup. er from the spoon to the cup i mean. and then done the same thing again. like i/we can go pick up more if we run out it’s not a problem. i. hope. But I’d think that should happen every time.
oh yeah. so i think. a reason i didn’t feel as drunk intoxicated last night. is bc i didn’t take the vit. d pill. see what happens is. since i evidently have a helluva time swallowing pills. is i’ll chew it and then wash it down w/ water. oh and then i’ll take the mouthwash. again she has both the mouthwash and the pills. the instructions didn’t say not, to chew it. though w/ some pills/meds they do. it’s sour as hell. [yes i should hope.].
