I asked around and these claims seem pretty credible but I do not have concrete proof.” Said the franchise owner. “We will uninstall him from that location and keep him focused on my Ontario stores. We will install blah blah”
I’m not exactly satiated with the outcome. Over the weekend a small group of woman got together and started a page on instagram where they brought up their sexual harassement and discrimination claims against the senior management of their franchise, Stella’s (the only restaurant that I eat at). Those managers have stepped down indefinitely and the franchise is taking the situation very seriously. My operations manager is well aware about who went forward with the information and I am not afraid of him. He’s a narcissist and narcissist’s are easy enough to manipulate. Highly predictable with their only one emotion, shame. It is all said and done though and I am tempted to just apply at Stella’s.
