You own a company that is forced to shut down and sell off a division. What division would it be, and write a memo to those employees that will be laid off.

Dear middle-man,

Thank you for your partnership. I am eternally grateful to you for helping this company get the products out, along with a place to make them available to the public.

Our company has finally decided to create a store to bring the products to the customers. Unfortunately, this means we no longer require your services.

Your employees to-date will all be given a month severance pay, and discounts for our products, along with the opportunity to apply at the new store. We will always be grateful for your partnership.
