just this first bit. Nothing interesting here. in Second 1st

Went to bed at like 6 yesterday. Rocky had texted me like an hour prior if I wanted to come have dinner with him. I had to tell him I was not going to be able to drive. I was just exhausted, had a headache, and was just dizzy enough to be worried. I read a chapter in the crappy book and was out. i woke at 8… and 11:45.... spent almost 30 mins talking to the guys in the kitchen at 11:45 but still had a headache so I took something and went back to bed. I’m up.... “making an effort” to go to work.... but from what I can tell there is no way. The floor moved on my way out of the bedroom. I went to get dressed and didn’t bother with work cloths. Big baggy sweater for me this morning. I’ll give it another hour and call/text Kevin (boss today) and let him know. I’m not going. I’ll use FMLA today but I won’t be there. This is the result of the lack of sleep the night before.... and the one piece of pizza at work this weekend. I have to blame both in order to make corrections next time.... This being said I don’t think the first shot has helped any.

Second one will be at 10 tomorrow. i am not looking forward to it.

I guess I should find something to eat and take regular meds anyway..... in about an hour (after i call boss) I’ll take the hard stuff for vertigo and go lay back down. There are dishes to do from the bread and tuna thing I and made yesterday..... and laundry that I hadn’t folded ..... and yesterdays cloths to wash..... but they will all be there when I get back up and feel better later.

I am so thankful to have an ENT that understands. I know it seems random here I am having my daily complaints but staying home today wouldn’t even be possible if I have a doc like some of the ones I read about in the Meniere’s page on FB. People not getting diagnosed for 4-12 years. Symptoms that aren’t listed being dismissed. Like. .... well hearing loss is a symptom and I have some BUT mine is low frequency and standard is high..... doc did not discount it.... or hell the only complaint I came in there with was dizziness. I was tired but I swore it was work. The hearing test has shown the hearing loss.... then the other testing.... and the low sodium diet. Sorry guys I know you’ve heard all this.... you hear it all the time.... but seriously people in the FB group got many year with a doc who doesn’t appear to give a shit because they either live in a horribly rural area or for some other reason don’t have a choice. People lose their jobs because they can’t manage their symptoms.... I really feel like with the docs guidance I have done pretty well. She gave me 3 days a month I can call out and I’ve been able to do like 1 with the 36hr restriction she also added. i can’t wait to hear about more treatment options and clinical trials and..... and… lol November 5th is so far away!
