First days of work, company cat Mr Wilson in Misadventures of West Virginia Woman

My first day at work for this company was an overnight shift from 6 pm to 6 am. I work as a guard at local coal mines. My favorite part of my shift was Mr Wilson. Mr. Wilson is a company cat who lives to hang out and often wants cuddles. Due to there being no internet or phone service i talked with Mr Wilson almost my entire shift. It nas nice to have him there. The shift went a bit faster. With him there i didnt feel so alone!

The rovers were in and out so we talked some. Due to it being the weekend very few coal miners came in. I am supposed to log them in on the computer but couldnt get keyboard to work. Mr Wilson accidentally unplugged the keyboard. I wrote names down instead on paper. When my boss came in he fixed it. The boss is a nice guy.

After my 12 hour shift it is now Talan’s turn. He working 9 am to 9 pm at the same coal mine. Instead him hanging out in the security booth with Mr Wilson clocking people in and out he is actually in a truck roving. He enjoys driving around looking at scenery so he is having fun. It is nice seeing him have a job after 3 months. Thank God the days of paying bills by myself is almost over!

After i woke up from a brief nap ordered some Dominos still tired. I have every intention of going to bed now. I dont know which mine i will be called to guard next but i hope there is a cat to make work 100 times better!
